I really love the home weve created here. The office management and maintenance crew has been great. From day one our Maintnance man Dustin Smith is quick to be there for anything we need. Hes been a real handy man helping keep this place together. Thanks Dustin!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! We lived there for just under a year and the whole time it was horrible. The place was not cleaned before we moved in. We werent allowed to get our keys until right before the office closed. They wouldnt let us do a walkthrough or see our apartment before we moved in. For 6 months out of the 12 month lease we were constantly dealing with not having hot water. They never replaced the water heater until the 5th time of putting in maintenance requests and going into the office and complaining. They fixed it multiple times by telling us to just hit the reset button ourselves to get hot water every time we wanted to take a shower. They dont come to replace the air filters every three months as stated, they dont come to spray for bugs as stated either. We had to do those ourselves. Theres never any parking and we get told not to park on the curbs so you have to find a spot on the other side of the complex to park your car. It is not a gated community. The gates were always broken and left open. Maintenance always lost or broke our apartment keys so I had to give them my key to make more copies to be able to come in and fix any issues with our apartment. They are not luxury apartments. Way over priced for what you get. They also tried to raise our rent to renew. Do not live here!!

I recently moved in and couldnt be happier. Im not sure why the reviews are so low but everything is subjective. My experience has been amazing! The staff ESPECIALLY Bianca is incredible. So accommodating and truly cares about your needs . The apartment is beautiful and spacious . It gives a house feel, which I love. They come with a full size washer and dryer which is so nice. The bathtubs are huge and my favorite place so far. The closet space is insane The valet trash service is so nice as well. These are def a bang for your buck and worth every penny.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. These apartments are insanely over priced for the quality of living you receive. Trash is a huge issue, there is trash everywhere. Even big trash like mattresses in living hallways because there is no dumpster to throw away that stuff in. WORST OF ALL THE ROACHES. They are everywhere. What kind of luxury apartments let there residents live in an infestation???
