Auburn Lane Apts.

Someone had a key and used to come to my apartment when i was at work and steal valuables. They even broke in while I was in the apartment asleep. Car was broken into on several occasions. The manager refused to do a walk through when I moved out and kept my deposit and since i didn't have time to sue in small claims court, i let it go. However, they maintain the complex well apart from the dilapidated laundry facility. My advice, please stay away from any apartments in that neighborhood. Too much poverty which means high rate of crime.

Like any of the apartments they have their issues with the property. they can only do what they can they listen they're very reasonable and work with you as much as they can... but I have to say the management they're very kind hearted, very sweet I'm disabled and they will come help me with anything that I need!!! thank you Nadia I really appreciate of you and Linda thank you too.

I just wanted to share a high 5 to the Management...they were absolutely on point removing the trees and limbs from the property. I personally live beside a large tree..yes leaves..branches..limbs..all that was in front of my door! The next day after the ice storm my management team was on the job!!! Thanks guys..my stay here has been pretty awesome. Of course there were a few glitches..but they got it done. My 3yrs here is worth my money!! Thanks..Nadia& husband and Linda!!! Yall are a great team!!!!

Linda in the office is rude as hell and disrespectful. Also there is bedbugs here. They have dozens of empty units the maintenance just uses for storage. They don’t fill out work orders & they are unprofessional as hell. lol would get a late notice on my door even if I paid rent bc they didn’t keep good records. And roaches. Overall a bad place to live and Linda doesn’t know how to respect people!!!
