Upon getting the quote for cleaning carpet and tile, opted for carpet only. Arrived early but kept me notified ahead of time. Ended up cleaning the carpets. The tech happened to be the store manager. Was professional, courteous and efficient. The best part is how quickly they dry. So clean! Would recommend.

Staff was very friendly and prompt. I let them know about some areas I had concerns with so he was extra careful and the results were much better than I could have hoped for. I would recommend them and plan to use them the next time I need carpet cleaning.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had them come out the week before my wedding to clean my couch. The technician apparently didnt know what he was doing, didnt clean everything, got solution on my antique cabinet, all over my laptop, ruined my area rug! They were supposed to come out the next business day to fix the issues. But the technician failed to show. When we asked for our money back, we were told we couldnt get our money back because they want to fix the issue. There isnt a day for them to fix the issue because of the wedding plans but somehow they still refuse to give us a refund. I havent asked for the damages to my personal items or the expenses that I had to come out of pocket to fix their mess all over my house. So, unless you want your house messed up, your couch incorrectly cleaned, and poor customer service, AVOID USING THEM!!!
