Kristen was so very helpful, and very accommodating. My car would not start and she was a Godsend. We need more Kristen's in this world!! Thank you again Kristen!!

We are accustomed to Hilton high standards but unfortunately this stay didnt even come close. First, the food at the restaurant/bar was overcooked and all we received was sorry. Second, we asked for our room to be cleaned daily it was not. Again, all we received was here are some towels. Third, the valet lost our keys for a few minutes it was discovered when we dropped car off the gentleman didnt enter us into the system. Again, all we received was sorry. Fourth, the pillows were horrible. We asked if they had different types (hard) like other Hiltons do all they did was bring us more horrible pillows. I was unable to speak to a manager or supervisor as the front desk was always understaffed. We love Hilton but this was not a good stay, and we will move to the Hampton or another hotel when visiting OKC. Rooms: we asked for our room to be cleaned daily it was not.
