I used to love this place when Trent was the agent that I dealt with. However, since he has been gone I have had nothing but trouble. First, I was never notified that he left and introduced to who I should be dealing with. I had to find that out from my brother, who I had previously recommended to do business here. I then received documents that were intended for my brother, from Cassie so I asked her who I needed to speak with about my policies since I no longer had a contact and she never replied. I waited for some things to clear personally and then reached out, via Trent's old address, about some changes I wanted to make. Cassie then contacted me and got the information I wanted and scheduled for policy changes to happen about a month later. The month passes and she reaches out to me saying that she made the change a day late so I would be charged for both the old and new policies but that I would receive the old policy refund in a couple of days. Almost 4 weeks later I finally received a check in the mail and I voiced my frustrations many times during that time and all I got was Cassie apologizing because she went on vacation and forgot. I guess she must be the only one capable in the office and she apparently isn't. If I wouldn't have just made huge changes I would be gone already. But next policy renewal, you bet I will be looking elsewhere. Customer service sucks, which is sooo sad considering Trent went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure we were completely satisfied with our service.
