**FRAUD SCAM WARNING PROOF ON HIS OWN WEBSITE**

The # on the website is not active.
Scamming realtor who (Barely) flips houses and sells them to unsuspecting customers. Every "employee" on his website is a stock photo pulled from the internet. You can reverse search the image address and see he spent 5 minutes on google looking for professional looking photos.
If you try to click any Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn link for his "team" you are rerouted to the main page.
This guy is a fraud and a scammer. Please do not consider this poor excuse for a realtor.

Working with Brice was a terrible experience. We were the buyers and he refused to talk with us or when he did he would tell us we did it wrong by choosing our own inspectors. He was rushing us on everything telling us we had to do this or this by the end of the day. Always felt like he was forcing our hand, not a good feeling when spending that much money.
