        This is a fantastic real estate company, why is Google allowing sink pictures and people referencing irrelevant information to review? Remember folks, bad property owners have nothing to do with the fee management company.

        Wow! Talk about a difficult website to navigate...Metro First Realty is the worst. And what's up with their agents putting their phone numbers in the property description...what a really irritating thing. Are MLS#'s not used any more?

        I lived at a Metro First property near the Plaza. In addition to mold and leaks in one bedroom window (which ruined several things), every time the upstairs unit used a dishwasher, brown drainage water filled both of our kitchen sinks (see photo). We regularly alerted Metro First about it and shared videos -- for months -- to no response. Not once. Eventually we left the place early and found a place without such issues. What else could we do? Naturally they didn't return our deposit, alas. We will certainly never rent one of their properties again.

        I've had multiple experiences working with Rebecca West, Gary Hicks, Jean Stair, Morrie Shepherd himself, and a host of other MetroFirst agents.I've yet to have one negative experience working with any of the agents at this well managed, northwest Oklahoma City brokerage.
