Hayes Realty Group: Randy Hayes

I didn't have a choice when I was assigned a realtor and was lucky enough to get Randy. Anything you can get him to do takes a long time but mostly he just won't respond. Didn't respond to phone call messages or texts. He lists the services your fee includes but you can't get him to do them. Finally had to contact the service to demand he be removed as my agent. Now 10 days of potential selling has been lost.

Want to make a change to your listing? No problem! Text Randy multiple times, E-mail Randy multiple times...finally contact him from a new number and act like a buyer - THEN he will finally respond! It may ONLY take about 2 weeks and hours of your time to get Randy to lower the price on your listing! Even with a budget listing service, many buyer realtors will still contact the listing agent first before contacting the homeowner directly. Randy thinks these realtors are idiots because they don't read the listing fully, so Randy saves you the trouble of returning their calls/texts/E-mails. Randy even doesn't bother to tell the homeowner of the contact made by a potential buyer realtor! This easily eliminates up to 90% of potential buyers for your property! After Randy lets your listing expire after 6 months (even though he advertises it is good for a year), if you put your home up for sale by owner on Zillow, Randy will contact you AGAIN and offer to list your home because Randy doesn't even remember who his customers are! It's easy when the only contact Randy has made with you in the last 6 months are short responses when you are begging him to make a change to the listing. If you want the worst possible customer service imaginable, Randy is your guy! He is a great salesman UNTIL he gets your money, then he is arrogant and rude and impossible to work with to get anything on your listing changed.

I listed several properties with Mr Hayes and SOLD every one of them within 90 days, the listings were prefect and the price was a bargain. I would definitely recommend selling your properties this way and saving tons of money. He is a joy to work with, great communication I’ll give him an A+ THANK YOU RANDY !!!!

Mr. Hayes never relayed any phone message to me of people wanting to see my home. I have at least 2 people who informed me of this. He gets your money then doesn't provide the services he says.

I wished there was a minus rating. Beyond incompetent at best. I'm Having to hire another broker due to his lack of service. Can't get a response from him after he takes your money - he's just not available.
