        I wouldnt even give them one star been dealing with them for 3 years. Still no updates in my case. Dont return calls or emails. But I paid them up front. So to me they are a scam took my money and ran.

        If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid the start up fee and then nothing. They only called the IRS one time and then didnt do anything else. Then a year later when I tried to resolve the issue myself, they messed up the offer in compromise I was submitting to the IRS. I cancelled services with them over a year ago and I am still dealing with their bullsh!t.
