I was looking for a restaurant in the Tulsa area saw the great reviews online for Laffa and was so excited. We werent staying anywhere near this restaurant and went out of our way to eat here. Im vegetarian so the menu looked fantastic. We were seated and it took about 15 minutes for someone to greet us. Our server took our drink order and our food order. My daughters food came and my friends food came. My daughters fries were cold. I told them to go ahead and eat because I was still waiting for my meal. After a long while, the server came back over and said the kitchen made a mistake and didnt make my order. I had to wait again. The food finally arrived and was brought over by someone else. The server did not check on us again. At all. He never came over and asked how the food was. Once we were finished, I had to search for him and ask for our bill. He brought the bill over and charged us for the glass of wine and cocktail that we had ordered and he never brought to our table. I pointed this out to him and he fixed it. I explained to him that it was our first time eating at Laffa and asked him if this was a typical experience. He got very annoyed and said he was exhausted and the bartender had left for the night and then proceeded to tell us to have a great night with a very sarcastic tone. I am a patient person and I dont ever complain about a restaurant. I am so disappointed in this restaurant and the quality of the service. I really hope this was just an off night.
