Owner and front desk people are extremely rude. There's always a front desk person outside the front door cussing up a storm, scaring off customers. They do not care about their guests. Maids won't do any cleaning unless you ask. NOT kid friendly. If you even raise your voice at your kids they make threats to get your children taken away. Owner of this place, you need to learn to run a business or you won't be up and running for much longer. Your customers pay your bills.
