Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

Do not use this Jackson Hewitt they gave out false information about free ATM's I was charged an additional $49.95 and not told about it and couldn't do anything about it because I agreed to it with my signature when i was rushed to click the mouse it was an option that I would not have chosen and the last straw was my address was not correct in their computer which has caused a delay in my state refund They tried to put blame on the state and offered no help in resolving the issue I have to send in a copy of my W-2's and 1 of them is missing so not only the delay in getting my refund but now I have to worry about my personal information out there in someone else's hands

Definitely using this location next year. I had a great experience and only waited about 30 min. Unlike other locations where you will wait 2 hours.

Aside from being here over 1hr. In the time after getting help. They have stop doing my taxes to take a phone call. And now stop working with me to help some one on their taxes that walk in after me
