Very good customer service! He came out, gave a quote then him and his guys got the work done quickly the next day. Rafaels price beat all the other estimates we had gotten. He was very good at explaining his work and what was going to be done. I didn’t get before pictures but it was definitely a ton of overgrown branches over the power lines and on top of the house. They cleaned up very well with nothing left behind!! Rafael promptly called me back to set up a time to come by to quote a price to remove one dead tree and one Maple the was in desperate need of a good trimming in our back yard. The maple probably should be cut down. :( But my daughter was not quite ready to part with it. He gave a reasonable quote and explained he was about a week booked out. He was very good about texting and letting me know when he planned to be there. He arrived when promised and did an excellent job. He removed all debris. Hopefully our maple will make a come back after server storm damage. He has given it a fighting chance. Thanks for coming when promised and doing an excellent job!

100% would recommend Rafaels tree service!! I called a few weeks ago for an estimate, which I received shortly after request. I needed some time to think about my options. I decided what to do and called Rafaels to schedule..him and his crew came that very same day and got the entire job done! Fast, efficient, quality work. A plus! We’ve had Rafael and his crew come trim and remove our trees twice in the last 4 years. And we will continue to hire them for all our tree services needed. If I could give them 10 stars🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 on here we “wood” 😉 they are very friendly , we enjoy visiting with the crew. They know what they are doing and will give you their 💯 % !! They listen to what exactly you want done and get the job done safely quickly and clean up after themselves even down to the last twig. If your looking for the best of the best.
