Well in her initial phone call to set up my appt she seemed very nice and had a calming demeaner. When it came time for my appointment however she did not call or pick up when I tried to call her. Not sure if it was a financial reason she didnt choose to help me or what but it wasnt very professional. Im beginning to think justice isnt whats right or wrong but who can come up with the most money to be the winner! I hate this world anymore.

PROS: She's very calm, deliberate, and intelligent. She appears perfectly knowledgeable. A pleasure to talk with. That's about it. CONS: Attention to detail and efficiency are seriously lacking in this firm. Early on I had to tell her more than once she was misspelling my name. If you're charging $250/hour... pay attention. She will give you a timeline for when she will get something done and NOT DO IT. You call, she has an answering service that is happy to tell you over and over again that they do not work for her. They connect you to her voicemail. You leave a message. No response. Days go by. You call again. You email her. You wait. You call again. Days go by. It's very frustrating. She said she was preparing for court all week, (a logical explanation) but also something that could have been communicated easily by staff or left in a voicemail recording. When she was slow to respond my emails a second time, I had about had enough. Last straw was when she didn't draft a second response letter for me in the timeline she promised. I ended up paying nearly $1,200 for her to read some trust documents and write ONE letter for me. This attorney is just... not very good.

I hope everyone reads these reviews, I should have looked here.  There is an actual fee building class attorneys take in college and she aced it I think.  She never returns emails or calls until you dispute the charge with your bank, then she does the work and calls.  The Oregon State Bar referred her to me.  I needed someone to fill out garnishment papers and serve them.  She acted like she wasn't sure what to do, confused, which I think was all an act to pad the bill. She looked up things she did not need to.  She was unsure if I could get attorney fees back, I sent her the statute.  I finally filled them out myself.  There are no directions, only for the person being served.  It took me 15 minutes to correct the mistakes I had made the 1st time I took the papers to the courthouse.  I had a friend serve the papers. She had me pay $500 upfront, which luckily I put on my credit card so disputed it. Do not call state board, just look up reviews, I have never gotten a good referral from them.  This is the worst case of fee building I have ever run into.  I have dealt with quite few attorneys and she is the worst by far...run away do not use her. And she was half hour late to our one and only meeting, paid $35 consult fee

She charged me almost $400, and did nothing. She did not return my phone calls or emails. All she did was send a letter, which she probably didn't even write, but just used a standard letter and changed the name and addresses. She sent the letter to the court late, after my court date. She accomplished nothing for my money.
