I used to live here many years ago and I was happy with the place I stayed. Very affordable, office is responsive and they choose their tenants carefully.

I've lived here for 8 years. The city bought it and they stopped doing background checks. I moved because I didnt want to get shot. 4 months after I moved there was a shoot out on my front lawn area. It just got to dangerous. When I moved out I received my full deposit because I left the place immaculate.

this place is disgusting. they should honestly just tear all these down and build a new community because this is truly a waste of space
