ordered some chocolate covered strawberries for valentines day and not gonna lie I ate more than half the box on my own. They were THAT good. The fact that I was able to schedule a pick up time AFTER work and not have to pay for shipping just made this experience so much better for me. Will definitely buy again. Thank you guys!

I called at 6:00am to have an arrangement delivered to a house less than 10 minutes away from this store. I followed it up with a phone call to verify that they had the correct information about my order because the website wasn't recognizing the city properly for some reason. I left a message with my phone number and all of the info they needed. At 1:00 I called to see if the order had been delivered and they told me that their computers were down and they had no record of my order. They had certainly had enough record to charge me the $88 for the arrangement I never received. They found the record and told me that it was actually made but wouldn't go out until the next truck which meant it wouldn't arrive until around 4:30. I was worried that the recipient might not be around to receive it, but I told them if they were sure it would be by 4:30 to go ahead and keep the order coming. It is now 6:20 pm and there has been no sign of the order. I can't reach the store because it is now after hours and I have no idea if the delivery is still on the way or not. This was my first experience with Edible Arrangements and I will never use them again. There wasn't even any empathy or compassion on the other side of the phone when I shared my frustration, in fact they told me that businesses take priority. This was an awful experience. Awful company.
