Man vs Fries-CLOSED

When they say Hella big tortilla , Hella meat and Hella cheese they ain't lyin.... and with all that tho, it is Hella expensive! And at the same time the flavor is Hella fire! You can't order in person, they have a qr code on the truck that you scan, order and wait. It was probably about 15 minutes that we waited. There were a couple of people who showed up for their orders in-between. There didn't appear to be any place to sit.. not even a short wall of some sort so we just took it to the car. However, if you're OK with walking past a camp site of homeless, the water front is only a block away.

Accepted my Postmates order and labelled as finished, despite not having any food left. Now currently down $53 with no food, since Postmates assumed the order was completed. Only chance of getting my money back is going through Postmates customer service or contesting through the credit card company. Scummy business practice at worst and disorganized at best. The cart lights were on and the window was open. Nobody was inside, so I figured they were taking a break. There was no indication the cart was closed or out of food, so I ordered through Postmates and left. I came back ten minutes later after my order was labelled "completed" (vendors have the option of denying orders, which has happened to me at other restaurants), only to be turned around after the fact and told that there was no food left and that I would need to cancel the order. Since they accepted my order, Postmates assumed the food was finished and would not offer an instant refund. I have since submitted a support ticket, though I have not been updated. Because of this, I have lost $53 as of right now. Food was good the first time (and outrageously overpriced; this order included only two burritos and nachos), but this hassle is not worth me returning, ever.

Every time I've ordered from here I've been satisfied. The socal fries are awesome and their secret sauce makes it even better
