I'm beginning to wonder why I'm so loyal to La Bonita. Nearly every time I get food here, staff are either impolite or something is wrong with the order (and then staff aren't always nice about it ). Last time, I was already waiting at the counter when the phone rang and sure enough, the employee answered it and took the phone order without acknowledging me or any of my party. I've been snapped at for no good reason multiple times. They leave things I pay for out of the order then treat me like I'm lying when I bring it to their attention. There's major turnover problem with employees, maybe it's not a nice place to work. The food is good, but I've been putting up with crummy treatment for many years.

I had been going to the taqueria down the block for 20 years, I crossed over a couple of months ago and will never go back. The portions are on the heavy side of reasonable so you don't need a nap after your burrito, and the habanero salsa slaps Food : 4/5 | Service : 5/5 | Atmosphere : 4/5 More

Great customer service. Dude in his 20s at the register is a legend. I'd trust that guy with my life.
