Reliant Plumbing & Mechanical

Watch out for Christine. She's supposedly in charge of scheduling projects but she's rotten at her job. She doesn't have any follow-through with property management companies or even customers. Apparently she holds a position of influence in this company, so her shoddy work trickles down. Also, these guys billed me 4 hours labor (x2 workers) for moving a single couch, a small end table, and a single mattress. Took me 7 minutes by myself. That ought to give you an idea of how dishonest these knuckleheads are. After all, most of these plumbing outfits operate in a cloistered bubble of government licensing protection. Their service reflects that. Reliant will be the first outfit run out of the industry when the licensing pathways change in Oregon.

This is rip off. The company charge way too much. they charged an 1-1/2 hour to turn the water off without any repair. The company's office is 15 min. from my house, however they charge 35 min. for driving and $38 for truck fees. the bill was $275 for lousy turning the water meter off. Do no ever use this company.

My property management company hired Reliant to deal with a bathtub blockage. Another company started the job and after 2 days still could not figure out where the issue was and complete the repair. Reliant came out, found the problem and completed the repair in just 1 day. These guys were professional, friendly and they cleaned up behind themselves. Thanks Reliant!

We called Reliant among three other heating companies and they not only had the lowest price but outstanding service! The tech was personable, thorough and clean. My wife is happy and that makes my day! Thanks, Reliant!

Reliant Plumbing fixed a broken gray water sewer line in our basement, and they did a really good job. After we ran the dishwater, our basement would smell like mildew. They diagnosed the problem and used a snake camera to see that my pipe had corroded and collapsed. Reliant cut the concrete, dug out the pipe, replaced it then poured new concrete - all in one day. Our basement access required them carrying cement bags by hand, then mixing and pouring on site. I got several bids before choosing Reliant. One single guy in a truck company was cheaper. The other two bids were more than $1000 more expensive. Glad I went with Reliant.
