        Do not get your taxes done here, it's an absolute joke, costly and with many errors. Carl F couldn't stop talking about himself long enough to actually help us, just showed us the door. Every other time, we've had our taxes done in our presence. Then when I asked questions, he was rude and arrogant. Ironically, we had to question our taxes 30 days later as they were never e-filed; because of course there were quite a few errors. But did we receive any communication? No. Just had the corrections delivered via mail and it's so off, I'm having someone else verify the accuracy. We were charged over $600 for an absolute rip off.
