I had to see Dr.KHOKAR today due to Dr. Spinozza leaving. I was 8 minutes late and had to check in the lady I. Front of me was taking forever checking out so it made me late which I explained to girl at desk. The reception area wasn't clean as usual tv off. So I sit there like 10 min and taken back . The doctor comes in and makes a comment right away I was 20 minutes late. Wanted refills on my pain medicine and others. Got a hard time telling me I have to take a drg test I've been taking this medication over a year because my pain is severe. I should not have been treated like a drug addict! She also knew nothing about my history at all. Can't express enough how I miss Dr Spinozza she was so caring and probably would be upst how her patients are being treated now. Patients do not need to be treated poorly especially when they lost their doctor afer 20 years. Not returning finding a new practice. Also she just removed my medication from my medication list. Strongly suggest not to go to this practice. I've been going there so many years. It went down fast since Dr. Spinozza left .

I had to change Doctors due to Dr Rush Spinosa retiring. I saw Dr Loffredo. She seemed friendly but wasn't till I went home , I realized the major changes she made to my meds. I tried calling twice & left 2 messages on my portal to please allow me to keep the meds she discontinued. I never got any response from her. She discontinued meds that I had been on for years. So have now started with a new practice.

Call backs when messages left, close to never. 15 min max appt with provider. Long wait time for scheduled appts. Single mom with newborn, 5 mins late, wouldnt be seen, even called ahead to notify I would be late.

Horrible. No one returns your calls Don't bother to write messages in your portal because they don't get read in a timely manner. Prescriptions handled incorrectly multiple times. Found a new doctor, who is wonderful.
