        Was happy with this agency until they took a payment out for a policy I had canceled in error. I pointed out this issue on March 4th and to date have not even received half of the refund I'm owed. They are very good at the part when they take your hard earned money, but getting an erroneous payment refunded doesn't seem to be of any interest. I'll be shopping rates and finding a more suitable agency soon.
