Bob and his staff are wonderful! It was so refreshing and uplifting to be in a homegrown auto shop again. Reminded me of when I was a kid going with my dad. Great service, exceptional work and done in a timely manner, right here in Bethel. Stop in and get some new shoes for your daily driver or hot rod. Need an inspection, hes your man. Bob and his staff were wonderful people. When I moved to Pittsburgh I was so lucky that I found them to take care of my car. Out of the blue one day I had a flat tire in the middle of a blizzard. As I called around, no one would take me since they were all so busy that day. Bob welcomed me immediately, patched the tire, and sent me on my way without a charge. Ever since then I’ve gone out of my way to go to his shop (and referred many others to do the same). It was a nice family atmosphere and Bob would give you the shirt off his back if it helped you. Unfortunately, I believe they are closed. My car was due for an inspection; gave them a call and the number was disconnected. When I drove by to check on it there was a sign painted on the door that said “closed”. I really hope this is only temporary because they were the most trustworthy mechanics I’ve ever met.
