Pocono Mountain Villas by Exploria Resorts

The worst place Ive ever been to my life and thats considering I backpacked to many countries and have stayed in six continents, over 40 countries and thousands of cities! The place is dirty and things are broken everywhere! Stay as far away as possible otherwise it will ruin your vacation as it did ours!!! Horrific stay and place, and their sales scams stay away as they are a scam on every level! Did I mention when I asked to fix two out of three toilets as they kept breaking, they broke a few minutes after the staff fixed them lol thats the extent of this place on every level! Yuck!

Would not stay here again - not worth the price. The villa we were in was "upgraded" but it's just new paint and furniture. Rooms: The only bedroom was crammed with furniture and one wall with a long mirror you couldn't really use due to the chest of drawers in front of it. It was advertised as a queen but it wasn't, more like a double. Mattress not comfortable - we like firm beds but this was hard. Nearby activities: Resort has several on site activities. There is a flea market and farmers market near by. Walkability: Activities within the resort are not within walking distance. I saw a shuttle driving around but we weren't informed about it at check in

My mother has been an owner here for decades, and we are so happy to see the recent renovation of the unit where we stayed this week. They've done wonderful, up-to-date styles. The new furniture and beddng is firm and comfortable, the gray and white painting loks beautiful. The bathroom fixtures, lighting, and granite countertops are all vastly improved, too. They've replaced the old, dirty carpets with sleek gray wood flooring. We also noticed many other units are currently under renovation also.
