I visited Langel on Saturday, July 22nd with my son to transfer my vehicle to my son. It was both our first time dealing with this tag agency after being referred by my long time mechanic, Blatt Tire (Joe). Needless to say, we were not disappointed. Shirley was the name of the kind woman who helped us out. She was so pleasant to deal with, which ultimately made the experience less stressful. She was patient, but quick and very efficient at the same time. We made conversation while waiting, but she made us feel like we've been customers for years. More than that, she made us feel like old friends. Customer service is a lost art these days, so it was definitely a welcome breath of fresh air to deal with friendly and professional people.
