Love the zero water filter. We always have great water and have never had any calcium problems with my expensive Jura expresso machine. We test our water on the yacht frequently as we get it from different marinas. When the incoming water is 300 PPM or less the filter will last about 6 weeks. When we get water that is around 500 PPM the filter will last about a month. Obviously it is doing its job and will not last as long when it has to filter out more particulate mater. Our water maker produces water at about 280 ppm and the zero filter brings it down to 0 ppm and lasts about 6 weeks.

The new 30 cup glass dispenser. Gorgeous and I continue to get clean water with style.😊

After purchasing the pitcher and filter, we thoroughly cleaned the pitcher with hot, soapy water. Drinking the water led to stomach upset for 1 adult, stomach illness for another and one of two dogs also got sick. Also, filter longevity is only around a month at most. Moving forward, if we keep this, the water will only be used for cooking and even that's a stretch. I do not recommend this product.

I bought a Zerowater system I loved it. However the filter only worked for 3 months before it needed replacement. I bought a replacement filter on ebay and got conned. I called the vp of sales of your company he either never answers the phone or my emails. I guess all the publicity is just that another con.
