Not even joking that half of my closet has come from Resale Therapy. They always have an amazing selection of small and extra-small tops and a TON of jewelry and bags - all the things I love!!!! I'm there at least an hour every time because there's so much to look at but it's all organized very well and easy to shop. I seriously love it!

I took a ton of clothing there which were in great condition and all they kept was about 6 things which all I got was a 4.00 credit. Was i very disappointed. They are really fussy and did not like their attitude.

Wish I could give them less than one star. I took in a bag of decent work tops, and first of all the lady (literally) looked down her nose at me and asked if I’d ever sold or if I had an appointment. I said no, as I’d never been there. Instead of politely explaining to me about their process, she picked a few tops out of my bag with the tops of her fingers as if they were radioactive, pointed out everything she saw wrong with them in the snottiest and most condescending tone I’ve heard in a long time, disgustingly tossed them back in the bag, and told me maybe I’d be better off going to Plato’s closet. What a terrible sales clerk (or owner, not sure). My clothes are not bad. Sorry they’re not from Christopher and Banks or whatever they consider to be a “good” brand. Almost laughable if I wasn’t entirely enraged by the encounter. Thanks for making me feel disgusting.

Many fashion forward labels. It might be just a bit higher priced than some resale shops, but everything is clean, updated, and a good selection of womens and plus sizes. Good selection of shoes. I will definitely go back.

Very Disappointed! I took 2 watches there to have batteries replaced. When my husband put his on, there was no back. The watch is ruined and now not able to wear it.. Very expensive watch...when I called them to tell them they really didn't seemed like they cared. Very Unfortunate!! Sorry, I don't normally write bad reviews...but this is extremely disappointing.
