        I was up visiting from Austin for a wedding when I found out the JAB I went to in Texas had somehow given me the completely wrong groomsman suit. Having less than 2 weeks until the wedding and being an hour away from the closest JAB, I was pretty worried. The staff at this location made me feel much better about my predicament -- they sorted out the details with the Austin location, got the suit comped, had it overnighted to this location, and had it tailored for me in the same day I picked it up so I wouldn't have to drive up again. I can't say enough about the staffs professionalism and customer service, especially Lisa, Mary, and Lee. Thank you all so much!

        I have a wedding to attend. I live an hour away. Called to get hours. Get here and the door says 8:30. Website says 830. Get here at 8 and they are closed. Called main number and no answering machine. Call corporate office and I am on hold for 45 minutes with a message that keeps repeating a consultant will be with you shortly.
