We've been using you guys for 40 years, since your warehouse was down in Kensington, then on Grant Ave. Never been disappointed with anything: selection, service, installation have all been top notch over the years, and today was no exception. Our installers, Jonathan and Brad were efficient, professional and courteous, and their installation was outstanding! Thanks fellas, nice job. And thank you, Lomax. Keep up the good work.

The store is large, clean and beautiful. But a very small selection of rugs. All rugs are polyestric and are very expensive in terms of value for money. Paying almost $ 700 for a 7x10 rug is not reasonable. You can buy tiles, laminate, carpets, but not rugs here. The salespersons and consultants are very professional.

Went there a few days ago looking for new carpet/flooring for my basement and dealt with Michael. Took his time with me, didn’t rush anything and pointed me to the best flooring for the best prices. Worked with me on a few separate occasions and was always great and helping as much as he could. Would highly recommend this store and would highly recommend his help.

My son and I went to the store yesterday and was greeted by Julie! Julie is not only an expert and knowledgeable but extremely helpful. She is extremely polite and beyond accommodating. Anyone going to the store should ask for Julie. She made the purchase quickly and easily. Thank you Julie for the excellent customer service!
