New guy who has the store is a very insecure young man who has very little knowledge about what he is doing. A little bit gorilla suitish attitude which is a good sign of insecurity. No need to be rude to friendly customers who simply inquire....and are willing to pay for needed upgrades if the situation called for it. When the wife and I realized his attitude was too much we finally left and took care of our phone situation elsewhere. Will be praying for this young man as I don't think he realizes being haughty is gonna help his business be vacant soon.
