I went to this store to buy for a new phone. They offer me if i bring my number from T-mobile and buy a phone from them, i will get a $100 credit toward my bill. But after a month my service suspended for unpaid . So i decided to call the store. They said it will be credited next month. The next following month, the service was suspended again for the same reason UNPAID. I call costumer service and they suggested to go to the store. I went to the store and ask why is my service suspended. With an unhappy face they explained that my service is not eligible for a $100 credit. THAT MEANS THEY WERE LYING TO ME THE WHOLE TIMES!!!!!!
