Title: Disappointing Experience with Llyod Sixsmith Sporting Goods I am compelled to share my profoundly disappointing experience with Llyod Sixsmith Sporting Goods regarding the customization of two varsity jackets. My partner and I approached the store with ample time, providing more than three months for the customization process. The manager assured us that this duration would be more than sufficient, and we proceeded by providing our contact numbers and emails for communication. Despite our clear communication about the urgency and the specific date we needed the jackets, we find ourselves with only two weeks left and no sign of the promised customized items. This delay is now significantly impacting our business operations. To make matters worse, we paid half of the total amount upfront with the understanding that we would receive a mock-up for our approval before production. Unfortunately, in the three months since initiating the order, we haven't received even a preliminary design, let alone a mock-up. The lack of communication and failure to deliver on agreed-upon timelines has left us frustrated and inconvenienced. We are deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by Llyod Sixsmith Sporting Goods, as the failure to meet deadlines and provide updates is adversely affecting our business commitments. In any professional setting, adherence to promised timelines and clear communication is paramount. Regrettably, we have not experienced these fundamental aspects of customer service with Llyod Sixsmith Sporting Goods. We hope that this review serves as constructive feedback and encourages the necessary improvements for the benefit of future customers.
