I came in with my parents and husband after taking some pregnancy photos at Cira Green. It was freezing so my husband treated everyone to a hot chocolate. It was not good. Half of the cup was foam the other half was bitter cacao. I had to put a straw in to get to the drink because the foam was so thick. I took it to the front counter to explain i did not like and would not drink and ask if there was anything comparable in price and style of drink to replace as we had already paid our money. The young lady with long brown hair was attempting to help me and we landed on the nutella hot chocolate which she said was sweeter. At that poont a blonde girl with shorter hair jumped in to see what happened and in the rudest most offensive way said we dont replace things just because you dont like them. I have never in my life heard or seen such horrible customer service. Any restaurant bar coffee shop i have ever been to aim to please the customer they want to hear your concerns and make sure you leave satisfied. I was calm and pleasent in trying to find a resolution. I explained to her again what my issue was and stared at her. At this point she begrudgingly offered to make me a nutella hot chocolate. And did so with the worst attitude. If your hot chocolate is bitter and foamy you should let people know so they can make the appropriate decision before buying. There are no descriptions let alone prices on the menu. Anyone thinking hot chocolate would be shocked to taste that. Any children coming from the park would not be happy with that hot chocolate. The rest of my family was being polite but i believe communication is key. I will never come here again because of the service and sub par product and creation of product. I dont want to be told i have to add sugar to my hot chocolate. Do better with your human interactuons. Maybe care a little what people who are apending money at your establishment think and want.
