Sipe Construction

Working with Sipe construction has truly been the best experience. My goal was to create a plant wall on my roof top deck and also install poles so I can hang lights. They assessed what I wanted to do and recommended the best way to securely construct these items on our rooftop deck. They were extremely knowledgeable - were the only contractors that recommended j boxes to prevent any leaking from rainwater. I told them my vision and based on that information they gave recommendations and options for what could be built - what is feasible, what makes sense with weather conditions, etc. I also had to meet a deadline with the construction and they were able to accommodate the schedule. The final products were installing a cedar wall and steel beams for hanging lights. For construction, they were very respectful in my home - accommodated schedules, and even worked in the rain one day to complete the work! Beyond expectations. Everything came out beautiful without cutting corners on the job. (The wall survived winds from hurricane Ida!) Would definitely use this company for any project in the future! Their quotes were VERY reasonable and their knowledge/explanation of the construction process was reassuring. Very happy to discover them, and know I have a trusted contractor for any future project.

I hired Sipe Construction to do a remodel in my mudroom and they did an incredible job. I've had some bad experiences with contractors before but Adam and his team were by far the best I've worked with. They were extremely professional, always on time and extremely cleanly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of remodel / construction work.

Sipe helped repaired my bathroom and living room ceiling after a leaky pipe was discovered. Adam Sipe always respond within a reasonable time and the team is very punctual. The project took longer than I expected but they really wanted to ensure that everything was done correctly. They value quality over quantity.

The Sipe Construction crew did a great job on my roof! I was pleasantly surprised that they finished it in one day! They did a good job cleaning up when they were finished (including the old nails), too. The crew was professional and courteous. I aslo used Sipe Construction a couple of years ago to cover my eaves in vinyl (so I never have to paint them again). They did a great job then, too! I would definitely recommend Ryan Sipe and Sipe Construction! He is honest, professional, and does great work!
