Was Asked to Commit Perjury by Attorney Stanshine I explained this to Mr. Stanshine yet he continued to pressure me into taking the and refused to work on the case any further when I refused if it meant he had to take the case to trial. He also refused Despite having been my defense attorney, he seemed more interested in the complainant's best interest rather than mine. Mr. Stanshine repeatedly screamed at me during calls, and even insulted me using childish names. He refused to speak to the opposing district attorney concerning a counter offer. For weeks he would not turn over any discovery. Later it turned out this was because there was zero trial preparation done. He treated me with so little respect on numerous occasions. The disrespect towards me continued to worsen until he eventually quit working on the case atogether. It was later discovered that Mr Stanshine had a conflict of interest involving this case. Notwithstanding this fact he took the case anyway, apparently thinking no one would figure it out. And then kept the money after doing no work preparing for the case.
