Networx IT took over tech responsibilities for my small business about a year ago. They service about 15 staff members. Sagy and his team are smart, friendly, professional, and responsive. They've been flexible, respectful, and safe with Coronavirus requirements/restrictions. They troubleshoot day-to-day problems quickly and effectively. They handled a complicated internal network setup and challenging Outlook migration with ease. Sagy's knowledge about many different software platforms and hardware solutions is impressive. When I started my own company, I knew that having reliable and knowledgeable IT resources was imperative. Sagy and his team solve computer problems quickly. Sagy is a good listener. He is patient. My experience with Networx IT has been as well as can be expected. Sound hosting of my many sites and quick service whenever there have been problems, which are usually few, far-between and usually my ISPs fault.

I just not long ago figured out windows 7 and my brainy daughter bought windows 10 without my knowledge. I really don't care for it but I know that I must "catch up with technology", as my daughter puts it. Networx IT has been most helpful in teaching me to do straightforward and simple things in 10. Now if only I can keep my daughter from catching me up with the NEXT latest thing.

I have had so many experiences with many IT companies at many different offices. Good ones are hard to find but I feel like I struck gold when we found Networx IT! Incredibly responsive and diligent. Sagy is fast and friendly and creative. We had a bit of a tangled seerver mess and he helped us keep what worked and streamline what didn't. I can't recommend Networx It enough!
