I am a new patient and made a appointment for 9am. I love as told to show up at 8:30 to fill out the paperwork because I am a new patient. I show up at 8:30 and no one is there so I figure they will just open at 9. But no 9am rolls around and still no one and here it is 9:20am and there is still no one. There's a number on the door but all it does it connects you to a hotline. I spoke with them and they said oh I'm sorry they must be late. Like really? Why make a appointment or even have a business if you can open up on time. This is ridiculous super bad for experience for my first time. I will not be coming back and I will tell everyone I know not to come either. Get your act together Bright Now Dental.

The staff here is extremely helpful and professional. I recently moved to NJ and still make the trip down here when I need work done. Can't recommend these guys enough :)

I LOVED my first consultation! The receptionist is very outgoing and very helpful. The Orthodontist was VERY understanding towards my specific situation and gave me hope for a better, brighter smile :)

THE FRONT DESK LADY WAS VERY NICE SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND GREETED ME VERY WELL WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE OFFICE.THE DOCTOR WAS VERY GENTLE AND THE YOUNG LADY WHO CLEANED MY TEETH WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED WHAT SHE WAS DOING TO ME.
