CVS

Black female pharmacy tech at the register on friday may 6, 2022 was very rude. I was mortified and almost started crying. Im hard of hearing & she got rude after correcting me saying "thats what i just said" and rolled her eyes after i said something she just said. I apologized but that did nothing. She cracked 1 smile prior to my turn at the register so i an tell she was already having a bad day .... just didnt know she was going to be that rude. She also didnt ask for my CVS caremark card or phone number .. she also signed my name on the pin pad when it ask do you have questions or want to speak to a pharmacist. She answered for me, and signed me name. I didnt have a pleasant experience. I ran out so quickly. I usually go to cvs on roosevelt blvd and harbison ave (northeast phila) because they are 24hrz. My husband sent our daughters to the wrong cvs. I wont be returning. Sad 1 person messes it up for everyone else. I am also black/African American and was really upset she provided that type of service to me knowing that so many elderly citizens in the neighborhood frequent this CVS.

When the neighborhood changes, so does items they sell and customer service.... I have going to this CVS for at least 20+ years and I used to enjoy going there. It's not the same anymore.

Very incompetent pharmacy techs,called the Rx line summited script got there,and they didn't even have script ready so I transferred all my scripts to a new pharmacy, good riddance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The pharmacy was great but now I've had 3 issues with medications not being refilled, or incorrectly being refilled. They blamed it on my doctor, then finally admitted it was the how they billed my insurance. Definitely not best practice for your patient, but for your pockets. Having my scripts transferred to a new pharmacy.
