We had a very bad experience in purchasing what we thought was a quartzite countertop, only to find out it was marble...and it was severely damaged the first time we spilled on the counter. I researched everywhere to come up with a solution and struggled, until I found the anti-etch product installed by Facility Specialists. They were knowledgeable, responsive and drove all the way from Philadelphia to address our issue in Maryland. I couldn't recommend them any more!

I received a follow-up call re-negotiating the terms of work we discussed - that were more than fair. That phone call made me do an about face in the direction of rehabbing a vintage slab/table instead of cutting a new man-made slab to fit the frame. The outcome was beautiful! I traveled 1.20 hours one way from beach area to PHI to have this work done and it was worth it!

I needed my bathtub re-grouted and called Facility Specialists. The appointment was made and the gentleman arrived exactly on time. The work was professionally done. My wife accidentally used wrong cleaning product on our marble shower a few days before our settlement to sell it. We tried a bunch of products and buffers on our own but no luck. RFS was able to come out within a few days polish it up and get it looking like new within a day before the final walk thru.

I am thrilled with Facility Specialists’ restoration of our marble and granite counters. Baird Standish and his team are experts in restoration and provided terrific service and results. Baird and Julia Ward provided very complete information about the options available for our marble and granite restoration and took the trouble to drop off samples of various finishes that are available. Baird is extremely knowledgeable about various processes, as well as maintenance with cleaning products. Baird followed up with an estimate in a very timely manner. He was present while the repair and restoration work was being done, assisting and supervising Sultan. We opted for the MORE product on our marble kitchen counters, which was polished to our desired finish, resulting in a beautiful appearance. Baird has a great attention to detail. Facility Specialists also restored our marble dining table and bathroom granite counter top. Baird and Sultan were a pleasure to have in our home, and they left the workplace clean each evening.
