We had an amazing experience with Avalon, who installed wall-to-wall carpet in three rooms. Nathan, who came to measure, was wonderful. The installers were first rate. And then, we had an issue with one floor, and they very quickly resolved it and replaced the entire carpet, no questions asked, despite the issue being my fault. I was blown away. Customers for life.

We were very happy with the help we received from Myles on product selection! We bought bathroom floor tile, wall tile, as well as, tiles for a backsplash, and were pleased with all three items. 3rd project over the last few years where we bought tile from Avalon.

Got my kitchen backsplash done with Myles & team - they did a great job. Showroom has a nice tile selection and all team members (Myles, installer, etc) were knowledged, experienced and efficient. Installers did a really great job. I will definitely be looking here when it's time to do my bathrooms.
Update 3/24: I worked with Myles and the team here for my bathroom project. Myles is a great partner and design consultant and really helped me get the look I wanted. The whole team here is a pleasure to work with!
