DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! BEWARE!!!! My fiancé and I were getting married the weekend after Mother’s Day. As a surprise, he decided to send his new mother-in-law flowers for Mother’s Day. He placed the order a few days before Mother’s Day, from France. Mother’s Day came, NO FLOWERS. The day after Mother’s Day this company sends an email saying they couldn’t fulfill the order. That when they had availability they would send the flowers with an apology from the company. He arrived the Tuesday after Mother’s Day, and they still didn’t send anything. We called Wednesday, and the customer service number went to voicemail I was told to leave a message. I left a message with the confirmation number, my phone number, his phone number, his name. No one ever calls back. The next day I call, and yet again. I can only leave a message. Out of frustration, I decided to call the order number, and of course they answered the phone. When I explained to the first woman the situation, she told me I had to call the customer service number and leave a message. I told her I already did and no one replied. I said this wasn’t acceptable and asked to speak to a manager. I was told that they are not allowed to put me through to a manager and my only option is to leave a message. When I told her that wasn’t acceptable she stop talking, and sat there silent on the phone. So I called back, this time I got Hannah. Hannah told me the same thing she can’t put me through to a manager I have to leave a message and that’s all I can do. I said this wasn’t acceptable. She told me well they were very busy since it had been Mother’s Day and that customer service was dealing with a lot of issues because of the volume they had. Really? They didn’t think they were going to be busy on Mother’s Day ? We had to call the bank to put a dispute in on this transaction. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I warn you not to also!!! They are extremely incompetent and not professional!!!

I’m so regretful I didn’t read these reviews earlier. I just got scammed by these people. Exactly what you guys say; No flowers and no money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they never arrived. Got a call they would be delivered the next day still no flowers. Got another call saying they will come next day. Trying to cancel order. I cant speak to anyone on phone

Sent the flowers spread to the cemetery instead of the funeral home. Missed the viewing and when I questioned I was told they couldn’t confirm the funeral viewing so their policy is to send to the cemetery. Never told us and blamed the funeral home. Wouldn’t give a refund at all. Worst experience and made a bad experience even worse.

Should have read the reviews before. Paid a premium for Mothers Day Delivery and just got an Email saying that maybe it will get delivered on Tuesday!! Total scam!! Filling a report with the BBB. Dont order anything from this outfit.
