I can't speak to American Signature's furniture or service, but I can say, their commercials are extremely annoying. The one with the woman who constantly repeats "chaise" and the one with the couple who is gagging about their old furniture. Maybe it's just me but I have a low tolerance for repetitive annoying things "chaise, chaise, chaise, chaise, chaise" and my gag reflex is strong, that commercial makes me want to throw up. Needless to say, when either of those commercials come on, I either change the channel or mute the volume. Find a different focus group on which to test your commercials.

Bought a sectional couch, which I do like. Originally picked it up - but one piece was damaged. So.. store scheduled a delivery to swap it:
1. Never showed
2. Wrong piece
3. Same wrong piece
4. Never showed.
5. GOT IT
Took well over 2 months to get it replaced due to their incompetence. Between 2 and 3, they never took the initiative to order the other piece. I had to call them to push things through. Will never purchase from this store again.

Beware!!! Bed bugs!!! They don't even admit it or help!! Reconsider now!!! If there was an option for no star i would choose that!

The delivery guys left the furniture on the side walk told us the furniture would not fit and he did 10 deliveries and he was tired left everything outside. I am shocked and to top it all off he actually argued with the home owner and was with a delivery supervisor and that guy was even just as rude as the guy so was to lazy to lift anything they made one guy lift a 3 seat sofa alone. I would never buy from this place again. I was refunded for the delivery because of the problem but I am telling you all don't ever buy from this place. BAD BUSINESS and no respect from the delivery guys. Now as far as the customer service department they did contact the delivery company about this matter that is the only thing I can say that was handled hopefully they fired his uneducated ebonic speaking a$$!

Bought a 1300$ sofa last year. Thing is falling apart. Would not recommend.
