The hotel was designed very nice, 50 in tv's, kitchen, dining table and more. They need to up grade their wash cloths and linens bec they were very cheap. Our comforter had a hole in it and spots. The shower water drains very slow. 😔

Was in town for a music festival. Thanks to Bryant M. at the front desk for assisting with our reservation issues upon arrival. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was actually really good. Valet was speedy. Thanks!

My stay was three nights. I checked in late, and the next morning, after putting on a Do Not Disturb sign on, went to see the city. When I came back, my room was left wide open, and someone left a vacuum cleaner right near the exit. There was nobody around. It looked like someone also took the clothes I left on the bed and put them on the chair. Feeling confused I immediately rushed down to find out what's going on. Explained the scene, and the front desk told me I was apparently checked out of my room. I asked why I was checked out when I had reserved the room for three nights, the worker looked confused. I am alone in the city, nowhere else to go, and you kick me out for no reason? I had to pull out my paperwork AGAIN to show them my reservation just to prove it. Asked if everything was ok with my credit card. Yes, they answered. Still, no explanation as to why I was checked out of my room. You could have called me if you weren't sure about something, than to do whatever you want. What kind of nonsense is that? I had personal belongings in my suitcase. What if some nut saw me get in, and knew I was staying by myself, could have ended tragically for me. This was beyond disappointing, and at that time I already forgot how awful the bed sheets smelled (moldy). If there were other hotels available I would have immediately left. While the room was exceptionally spacious, it didn't make up for the atrocious, unprofessional customer service I received throughout my stay. And if everything was going great: They gave me a free drink coupon for a bar. I went to use it one night and they told me I couldn't use it because I missed happy hour. The coupon didn't say it was only good for happy hour. This was utter failure. My advice is, pay more not to stay here.
