We love Ferullo Insurance Agencies for many reasons! They are outstanding in every way. John and Ken are awesome! John runs a very tight ship and brings a wealth of knowledge. It really helps when you need insurance in multiple states. Ken, handled our account from start to finish. He goes beyond just the required details. You may be wondering. Yes, Ken looks like Barbies other half!

I have been with Ferullo Insurance since Jim Cavacini was there. Worked with George Hatton the past few weeks to change my auto insurance policy. George has been very professional, responsive, and communicated in a timely manner during this process. Great customer service and attitude!

If you are free and not busy and you can go there office this is a Great choice. But if are busy and you dont have time to visit them please I highly recommend dont use there services. Been calling them 3 weeks and they are not able to solve my issue I had 60k worth car and my monthly payment was $110 I sold that vehicle now my vehicle value is 5k and Im paying them $145 a month. Called them couple of times but nothing happened. They answered the phone and said Ill call you back because our system is not functioning properly. Very disappointed with them! They messed up my insurance.
