Customer service is lacking within this agency. If you are looking to have your insurance needs managed, and gain understanding along the way. Look somewhere else. Unfortunately, the Janie Napoli-Producers becomes irritated and agitated, when you seek to understand your proposal.

I found the Allstate Insurance to provide courteous and friendly service while also being helpful to my concerns regarding my apartment rental insurance.
