Tom's a good guy. Every time I need a certificate of insurance sent to a new home builder, which is often, "no problem we'll get that out right away for you". When I finally decided to provide some peace of mind to my wife and daughter and acquire adequate life insurance, he was right there. He walked me through all the details and broke it down into English for me. "This is what you want, this is what you don't want", etc. When I asked him to quote my autos for insurance coverage, he was honest and said "you have a really great rate now, and I can't beat it, if I were you, I'd stay with them", so I did.
