I first started working with John's office when I moved to Pa 5 years ago. My initial experience was great. The staff was helpful an extremely responsive to all of my needs. Over the years, I successively increased my coverage from auto to renters then homeowner's. At each point in the process, they've advised me on the appropriate amount of coverage for that stage in my life. John went above and beyond expectations when he personally advocated for me during my mortgage process. I will be his customer for life.
