I lived in a studio at Robin Apartments at Walnut and 20th in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood for two years while I attended graduate school in Philadelphia. The apartment was simple, but the price was unbeatable for the area. I don't believe you can live anywhere as affordable in Center City. The management was always very responsive to any issues that I had. Mr. Robin is a very kind man, and I couldn't ask for a better landlord. I absolutely recommend Robin Apartments to anyone wishing to live in an affordable apartment in Center City, Philadelphia.

The location, landlords, and apartments are unbeatable. The neighbors are nice too! Mr. Robin and Jared are very kind and helpful with any question or situation you may have. I recommend Robin Apartments to everyone who is looking for a place to rent in center city. 100% worth it.

I have rented from Robin for over a year, and I have nothing but good things to say! Their apartments are spacious, well lit, very centric to Philly, and so well priced! Moreover, Mr. Robin, Jared, and John were always available and helpful for whatever I needed as a tenant. I enjoyed living here and I will most definitely be renting from them in the future.
