I walked into mattress firm knowing that I was going to buy a king sized mattress. It was just a matter of what brand, etc. The sales associate who helped us was Naima, and she was most pleasant to deal with. She was there to answer all of my questions, yet kept her distance enough as to not pressure us to look at more expensive mattresses. I would say, in total, we were in the store for 20 mins. Soup to nuts. Naima is even going to try and have my mattress available for pick up, NEXT DAY! Truly a seamless process. Kudos to Naima! I would come back in heartbeat.

Moved to Philly recently and needed a new mattress. Was going to shop around and this is the first place I stopped. I left with a mattress and my search was over... All because of Nina! Customer service is not dead when it comes to her. I was blown away by her willingness and kind nature to help and do whatever she could to accommodate and make me happy. She was the difference and Mattress Firm is lucky to have her on their team. I highly recommend seeing Nina if you're shopping for a new bed.
