This place is very unprofessional. The waitlist system is pointless and is not utilized effectively. Whatâ€™s the point of having a list when people who put their name on the list after you end up getting serviced before you.

Service was fair. I like that you leave your info and they call when a seat is available. It could be more aesthetically appealing but it's a cool place!

Horrible customer service and the owner is mean I have been going for years and the service has went down.. Owner does not respect customers and all they do is talk about each other and the customers . Oh and forget about reserving spot because there is no priority

The man at the front as soon as you walk in is very rude. I didnâ€™t have my phone on me to sign in to the computer, so he said I could not get my nails done. I really didnâ€™t care because I left and went somewhere else where thereâ€™s no rude people and the shop is much cleaner
